London-based psychotherapist living a paradox... I work in the healing professions and yet have a lifelong fascination with corporal punishment. Aged 4 I dreamt of being spanked by witches before I knew what either of them even were! I see spanking as an ancient mythic theme, informing religion, spirituality, morality, patriarchal repression, truth and justice... to name just a few of the delights inherent in the symbolism!

I love the absurdity of fundamentalist viewpoints, and so the Bible belt, the Muslim heartland and Tory middle England are my favourite places to visit... there's always a girl being spanked somewhere there.
