Nineteen-year-old rich girl, Tiffany, is enjoying driving her new Porsche, bought for her by her father. John Collins owns one of the larger cattle ranches in the Texas panhandle in addition to his lucrative business interests in the nearby oilfields. Driving towards her dad's ranch, Tiffany presses her foot down on the accelerator... because a Porsche isn't made for obeying speed limits. Unfortunately for Tiffany, she temporarily loses control of the car whilst fiddling with the volume on her car radio, and ends up on the opposite side of the road. To make matters worse, a Texas state trooper vehicle behind the overpass embankment makes its presence known with flashing blue lights.

Her intention of sweet-talking the cop out of giving her a ticket fails when she recognises the good-looking cop as her father's former ranch hand, Bradley Price. For attempting to bribe him, Bradley gives her a spanking in the back of the police car, and he informs her father as well - so Tiffany gets another spanking when she gets home!
