Concerned about their daughter going off to university and coping on her own without their guidance, Emily's parents sign her up for the Palmer Adult Discipline Centre. The programme is connected to Emily's university, and on arrival, she is assigned a disciplinarian/counselor. Jennifer proves to be firm but fair, and it is not long before Emily feels her hard hand and an assortment of other implements on her bare bottom. Corporal punishment is also administered by Professor Scott, a strict woman with a penchant for wielding the cane. Emily learns the hard way the price for poor grades, bad timekeeping, laziness, and other infractions, and pays the price on her bottom. Regular spankings prove painful but motivational, and Emily slowly begins to understand and appreciate the benefits of discipline.
