Description
Twice widowed by the age of 40, it seems as though Angela's once vibrant and adventurous spirit has died along with her last husband. The Best of the Best said...
Janine's work is truly remarkable -- funny, innovative, and thoughtful. Her work never fails to surprise and delight, and from the first paragraph you know you're in the hands of an author who knows what she is doing. FIRST IMPRESSIONS is a particular favorite, both hysterical and erotic at the same time.
It's awesome to see her work in a collection, and what a collection it is! Her work is a turn-on, but it's also hauntingly beautiful and well written. Janine is the writer I wish I was, and want to be.

"October Moonlight" is a haunting tale of soulful yearning. "An Appointment with Sir" describes a complicated relationship - one that feeds on itself as Mrs. Thompson seeks punishment for her ongoing affair. "First Impressions" strikes a lighter note, showing that first impressions aren't always what they seem. Although it's a tough 'choice,' perhaps my favorite of these stories is the oh-so-sexy "Touch Choices," in which Allison's choices, as well as her curiosity, lead to a life-changing discovery.
The writing throughout is exquisite, leading from one sensuous adventure to the next. And did I mention spanking? There's nothing lacking in that department!
