BOOK 4: LUCINDA: The year is 1969, and life at Greystones Boarding School continues with the relentless round of lessons, sport and prep, underpinned by the unique camaraderie which manifests as the cornerstone of boarding school life. For in spite of squabbles and spats, enduring friendships are forged. Lucinda Hyde-White has two best friends at Greystones: Maggie and Evie, and the three of them inevitably get up to mischief and get whacked for their transgressions - sometimes by the formidable Headmistress, Dorothy Hurst. Punishment is of fundamental importance to Lucinda; the sixth former begins to realise how excited she feels when her bottom is the recipient of strap, slipper, hairbrush or cane. A young teacher at the school, Marion Latimer, is initially reluctant to administer corporal punishment, but once she gets a taste of it there's no turning back... and a special bond develops between pupil and teacher. But even Miss Latimer can't save Lucinda's rear end when she disgraces herself at a hockey match with a rival school. The sizzling bare bottom caning that follows is something that Lucinda will remember always...

BOOK 5: FRANCESCA: Seventeen-year-old Frankie is an American girl living in London. She is no stranger to corporal punishment, having been on the receiving end of her father's paddle. But when Frankie and her boyfriend are taken to the police station after being caught smoking a joint, Daddy has had enough! A hard paddling ensues, but worse is yet to come as Frankie learns she is being sent away to boarding school. She arrives at Greystones feeling despondent and resentful, but soon starts making friends. The school enforces a strict disciplinary policy, and it isn't long before the irrepressible Frankie is experiencing eye-watering bare bottom slipperings, paddlings and canings. Her natural exuberance and defiance gets her into hot water, but taking turps from the Art room and nearly burning the school to the ground results in a fearsome punishment! Still, Frankie takes it stoically, proving she's a true Greystones girl at heart, a girl who thrives in this new environment... especially now she has Melanie for her best friend.

BOOK 6: ANNABEL: Unlike the majority of her friends who attend Greystones prestigious boarding school, Annabel actually likes having her bottom whacked. She is certainly in the right environment to satisfy her predilection for spanking and corporal punishment, as Greystones has long upheld the enforcement of strict discipline... yet even the hardy Annabel trembles in fear when she feels the biting sting of the vicious cane on her bottom. She finally meets her mentor in the guise of Miss Clarissa Brown, a kindly yet strict piano teacher who lives in the village, and who delights in dispensing discipline as much as Annabel enjoys receiving it. The weekly sessions of painful 'encouragement' with strap and cane inspire Annabel to do better with her music studies. The term passes by in a haze of pranks and punishments, sport, lessons, well-striped bottoms, camaraderie and friendship. Such is life at Greystones, indicative of a time in their lives that the girls will look back on many years from now, most of them remembering their school days with fondness and affection, and the occasional wince as they recall the punishing fire of the cane.
