The British Army: When Colonel Saunders learns that female soldiers in B platoon have been caned for their failure to achieve training targets, he asks Major Simpkins to investigate. It appears that women trainees are sent to the gymnasium for additional exercises, and those deemed not to be making enough effort are caned by the drill corporals, acting on the orders of 26-year-old Captain Rosemary Simpson. The reputation of the regiment is now at stake, and the powers that be are keen to ensure the tabloids don't get wind of what has happened. As for Rosemary, a fitting punishment is decided upon, avoiding a Court Martial... she is also to be caned, hard, on her bare bottom by a male officer.

Royal Infirmary: Dr Amanda Jones finds herself in trouble after a serious prescribing error at the hospital where she works. The Staff Nurse who administered the drug on the instructions of Dr Jones is also in bother for not checking the prescription before administering the drug. Even the Ward Sister is to be punished for failure to provide refresher training on dispensing drugs. Following some discussion, it is decided that the matter will be handled in house by Matron - a formidable woman in favour of corporal punishment. The three women have to bare their bottoms and take it in turns to bend over Matron's desk while she whacks them with a very stingy old flip flop!

Saint Benedict's: Following poor examination results, eighteen-year-old Catherine is offered a place at a special 'crammer' school for girls. The letter offering her the position at this strict institution also states some unexpected facts - namely the policy to apply corporal punishment to both mother and daughter in certain circumstances. It isn't long before 3 yellow cards result in a first punishment for Catherine and her mother, and the next punishment is even worse, being six strokes of the cane delivered on their bare bottoms. Unfortunately for Catherine's mother, she has yet another humiliating and painful ordeal to endure...

The Merchant Navy: Third Officer Marcia Fenwick breaks the rules by entertaining a male passenger in her cabin one evening, leading to sex. Unfortunately for Marcia, a male member of the crew spots her visitor leaving and reports the incident to the captain. Marcia is later punished by the captain for her indiscretion. He uses a riding crop on her bare bottom.

The Royal Navy: Four WRENS out enjoying birthday celebrations end up having imbibed a few too many gins, and find themselves detained overnight by the military police, accused of being drunk and disorderly. The next day they are up before their Commanding Officer and subsequently appear before a Court Martial where they are sentenced to 42 days imprisonment and twelve strokes of the cane.
