Police Captain Frank Levine is determined to make Ms Gina Castleberry pay for paddling his daughter, Abby, for something she didn't do. He goes to her house and gives her the option of being reported or taking her punishment from him. She reluctantly chooses the punishment, but doesn't help the situation by being high-handed and rude to him. She has also taken the day off work on sick leave when there is nothing wrong with her!
