THE FACILITY: Consisting of 8 short stories and vignettes, The Facility, and A Model Prison explore life within two harsh correctional institutes for women. Both sets of linked stories feature the common themes of helplessness and humiliation. They also reveal just how easy it is for a young woman to be admitted even when she hasn't been sentenced by the court, but perhaps has become an inmate due to an error, mistaken identity, or following the signed approval from a relative, or in some cases even a total stranger. Once admitted the women find themselves at the mercy of the warden and his staff and subjected to numerous indignities, including forced enemas and regular painful strappings, not to mention the horror of punishment night.

THE MAGISTRATE: In this spanking fiction novella, set in Victorian England, Tracy is the daughter of a respectable, well-to-do family; whilst her parents are travelling abroad she is left in charge of the household. Her uncle, one of the local magistrates, frequently sentences and administers harsh judicial canings to the female miscreants that come before him. One day when Tracy calls to see him, an unfortunate case of mistaken identity results in her being stripped and secured to a caning bench and then having her bare bottom thrashed, firstly with a heavy leather strap and then later a prison cane.

As Tracy explores the feelings that her caning has awakened, she gets to see a number of other women caned. She even wields a cane herself for the first time when she punishes one of the maidservants for clumsiness. Her uncle, the magistrate, however, is keen to see his niece subjected to another judicial caning and, having bided his time, an opportunity presents itself...

ARIZONA VACATION: Jack and Diane, a young married couple in their twenties, decide to take a very unusual vacation, and pay a visit to the Niles Brooke institute, a reformatory compound for women in the Arizona desert. Under the guise of evaluating the facility, couples get to watch as a number of the female inmates are first bound to a wooden block and then, helpless, are subjected to quite severe chastisements with a leather strap followed by several strokes of the cane. It's clear that the various couples who are there to 'evaluate' get very turned on by the proceedings, as many of them openly engage in sexual activity while watching the punishments take place.

But it isn't just the inmates who are eligible for punishment at the hands of the proprietors - the names of women visitors are entered into a drum and a number of their names are drawn at random. What's more, those chosen for punishment may suddenly find that they have been committed to the institute by their escorts! Diane is convinced that the odds of her being selected for punishment are slight... but who knows what fate has in store for her during her Arizona Vacation?
