Struggling Texas College students Heather and Ashley share an apartment, earning a little extra money at weekends by working at Lily's Flower and Seed Emporium. The statuesque Lily in her cowboy boots is a force to be reckoned with, and a stickler for punctuality. She's not pleased when the girls turn up late, and is even less impressed when they gossip instead of watching the till, and are robbed of $100. Lily threatens to fire the pair of them, but relents and instead whacks their bare bottoms with her old hairbrush, aptly nicknamed 'the blowtorch'. It sure teaches the cute pair a valuable lesson. And a few months later when Heather is consumed with guilt for cheating on a test, she requests another dose of the fearsome paddle brush, and Lily is only too happy to oblige...
