First up, it's The Spank Shop's receptionist, eighteen-year-old Kimberley, who finds herself on the receiving end of a sound spanking from the shop's stern disciplinarian, Andrea Mahony, in this current volume of stories. Passing herself off as a 'Discipline Consultant' and being rude to clients earns her bottom a particularly memorable roasting from Andrea's hairbrush and paddle.

Having lost a tennis match, extremely wealthy Veronica Dixon-Thompson breaks the tennis club's glass door yet again in a fit of temper. Consequently, she is given the option of being expelled from the club or paying a visit to The Spank Shop. In the end, however, Miss Andrea pays her a visit, taking with her a particularly stingy leather-soled slipper and a traditional crook-handled cane, both of which are put to very good use.

Malcolm is a somewhat more vulnerable client than most who attend The Spank Shop, suffering from depression but having a deep-seated need for punishment. Miss Andrea knows how to give him what he needs, even when that involves her visiting him at night to ensure he is following the rules he has been given!

David is not impressed when he learns that his wife, Lynette, has gone way over the decorating budget again, and 19-year-old daughter, Carlie, has picked up yet another ticket for speeding. He decides a visit to The Spank Shop for both is in order, and a few days later both mother and daughter find themselves being simultaneously spanked by receptionist, Kimberley, and her own mother, Gabrielle.
