It's another day at Clarkstown's Spank Shop, but where is its stern proprietress, Andrea Mahony? It seems she had rather too much to drink the night before and is more than a little hungover. Worse still, she drove home in that state. However, it's clear that her eighteen-year-old assistant, Kimberley, is not about to let her get away with it, and rather than being the one to administer the spankings, this time Andrea finds herself on the receiving end.

In the second story, the Spank Shop is approached by a lady who asks Andrea if she will babysit for her eighteen-year-old son, Trent, while she is away for the night. Having been charged with various misdemeanours, including breaking and entering, he has been sentenced to home arrest and electronically tagged. Andrea is unable to help as she too is away on the night in question but her assistant, Kimberley, is persuaded to take the assignment. After Kimberley arrives, Trent pushes his luck one time too many and pays the price - first with a mouth-soaping but then later with a spanking from Kimberley using her hand, hairbrush and two-tailed tawse.

In the final story in this volume, Clarkstown bank employee, Wendy, gives us a first-person point of view account of her experience. Following a series of incidents at the bank, she is given the option of dismissal or attending the Spank Shop for punishment. After some hesitation, she reluctantly agrees to the latter, and Miss Mahony helps her see the error of her ways with the use of her hairbrush and a black leather strap nicknamed 'The Igniter'.
