Confident, misogynistic businessman, Tim Sharpe, has been rising effortlessly through the management ranks, but his progress comes to an abrupt halt when charges of harassment are levelled at him by two female subordinates. Given the option of facing charges at a tribunal or attending a course in sensitivity training, he decides to opt for the latter.

The course is provided by a therapist called Shallara who turns out to be a lot more than he bargained for. She is able to manipulate him, partially through hypnosis and partially through the sheer force of her personality. She places two rings on his fingers; one prevents him from treating women badly while the other acts as a chastity band. In a failed attempt to get her to remove the chastity ring, Tim visits Shallara again, and is persuaded to let her punish him with a cane and a leather strap. With each visit, Tim falls more and more under her control, and Shallara and her friend find various ways to humiliate and feminize him, forcing him to wear women's underclothes and make-up.

Will Tim be able to escape from Shallara's clutches, or is he forever fated to be under her control?
