In a time many years into the future, Commander Baker, leader of leaders, confers with his closest associates including his loyal Major Viki when they meet a young woman named Okasha. Her gaze is unafraid and because of her hatred for her uncle, she asks to be Cdr. Baker's weapon for vengeance, even though the consequences of this action will make her people regard her as a traitor.
