When landscape designer Troy Turner moves into the neighbourhood he provides a welcome distraction for Alicia who lives in the house opposite the new arrival. Admiring him as he works in his garden, she decides to take a closer look. Fastening the leash on her dog Monty, she goes over to introduce herself and welcome Troy to the neighborhood. She then takes the dog out for a walk and manages to let go of his leash when he chases a cat. Giving up he chase, Alicia returns home to find that Monty has caused havoc in her neighbour's newly planted flowerbeds. When offered a choice of paying for the damage or taking a good old fashioned over the knee spanking, Alicia opts for the latter and perhaps a whole new way of life...
