Guy Spencer is an American author of spanking stories. He grew up in a northern US city at a time when spanking was considered a prime sign of good parenting, In those times before residential air conditioning, most windows stayed open throughout the summer, so the sounds of a domestic spanking often could be heard resonating up and down Guy's street.
